Good morning, guys and dolls! It’s nearly December!

The Styleliner, a mobile fashion shop in a former potato chip truck, is bringing its accessories boutique back to Washington for the holidays. This time, the Styleliner arrived sans truck and constructed a pop-up igloo shop on the patio of Bar Dupont at the Dupont Circle Hotel. You’ll be able to shop the Styleliner’s unique accessories as well as small gift items exclusive to Washington and sip hot cocoa or cocktails while you shop. Bar Dupont, 1500 New Hampshire Avenue N.W., Washington, D.C. (202) 797-0169.

The Bitches will be at the opening party for the new Jonathan Adler store in Georgetown, with a book signing by Adler himself. Later, we’ll be at the Casa de Don Julio soiree. We suggest you check out the new Alder boutique this week!

Also, Firefly Restaurant is celebrating its locally sourced cuisine with a four-course Fall Forage Feast featuring wild ingredients such as black trumpet mushrooms, dandelion greens, juniper berries, and persimmon paired with forage-inspired cocktails by mixologist Jon Harris. Tickets are $75 each and include all food and drink pairings. Firefly, 1310 New Hampshire Ave. N.W., Washington, D.C. (202) 861-1310.

Looking for a killer happy hour? Visit Pulpo. The Cleveland Park tapas restaurant serves happy hour from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday with 50 percent off everything at the bar (including top-shelf cocktails), proving you don’t have to sacrifice quality for price. This happy hour deal is coupled with half-priced wine night on Wednesday and Sunday evenings.

Join me and the ladies of the Madison, a charitable organization of 100 women in Washington, for Thirsty Thursday at Town Hall in Glover Park. There will be drinking, mixing, and mingling with 10% of the proceeds benefiting our 2012 charity, No Greater Sacrifice, which supports the children and families of military veterans. 8-11 p.m., Town Hall, 2340 Wisconsin Ave. N.W., Washington, D.C.

Head to the Corcoran Gallery of Art for one of Washington’s most unique galas of the year, the 9th Annual Transformer Silent Auction & Benefit Party. The evening features more than 160 works of art by locally, nationally, and internationally based emerging & established artists. There will be hors d’ouevres, sweets, and drinks from several of Washington DC’s finest restaurants as well as live beats from DJ Yellow Fever.  Tickets, $175. The Corcoran Gallery of Art, 500 17th Street N.W., Washington, D.C.

While not a crazy sports fan, I do absolutely love fútbol (Read: soccer) as I spent a good bit of my life in Argentina and Spain.  So, I’m pretty stoked that new 14th Street spot Drafting Table is debuting a Fútbol Weekend Brunch today. (Becca reviewed brunch and gave it a B-.) You’ll be able to watch your favorite European fútbol teams on the restaurant’s three flat screen TVs while enjoying an eclectic brunch menu. The festivities begin Saturday at 8 a.m. with West Ham United vs. Chelsea followed by Arsenal vs. Swansea City and Tottenham Hotspur vs. Fulham at 10 a.m. Best of all, brunchers who come in for breakfast on December 1 from 9-11 a.m. will snag a free Sexy Egg Sandwich. Drafting Tale will serve $5 Bloody Marys all day. Fútbol brunch takes place Saturdays and Sundays. Even if you don’t like fútbol, seems like a good spot to pick up a European fútbol fan, now doesn’t it, ladies? 1529 14th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. (202) 621-7475

More brunch! Lately, we’ve enjoyed Italian spots Al DenteLavagna, and Floriana, as well as Boxcar Tavern in Eastern Market. We also loved Clyde’s, which we’re sure will be decked out in holiday glitz now that it’s December.
