Monday’s are almost always stressful, but thanks to Artists & Fleas and BigToe Yoga, you can kick off this week a little calmer than usual. Tonight at Artists & Fleas’ SoHo location, you can help kick off a new pop-up yoga series with a free meditation class taught by a BigToe Yoga instructor. After class, indulge in some retail therapy by browsing the many vendors at the cool collective retail space. Class is from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and you can register here. 568 Broadway, New York, NY

We love culinary collaborations, especially those involving macaroni and cheese. That’s why we’re so excited about fresh&co’s collaboration with Beecher’s Handmade Cheese. Beginning today, you can stop by any of NYC’s 15 fresh&co locations to indulge in a special-edition super-cheesy mac and cheese dish. This decadent dish is crafted with Beecher’s flagship cheddar cheese curds, and you have the option to add a savory helping of thick-cut bacon and spicy maple syrup as well.

With Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, many of us New Yorkers will soon be enjoying a long weekend, which means an excuse for a mini vacation from the concrete jungle. If you’re in need of a weekend getaway too, we suggest southern Vermont. This location is just a quick drive from NYC and is the perfect cold-weather destination with plenty to see and do. We recently spent a weekend in the area and created this detailed guide full of places to stay, eat, and adventure.
