Tonight at the Museum of Food and Drink, explore the differences between China’s many regional cuisines during A Dumpling Tour of China. This program, part of MOFAD’s Feasts and Festivals series, will feature Dumpling Galaxy owner Helen You and food writer Max Falkowitz in conversation about dumplings and hometown Chinese pride.
