Dram & Grain is launching a “Summer Monday Mashups” series of themed and guest-bartender cocktail nights through the summer season. Each bartender will create three completely original cocktails, all which must incorporate one wacky ingredient. All six cocktails will be $13 all night. The party kicks off Saturday at Storey Park with the Mussel Throw Down, where best chefs in Washington, D.C., will compete to make the best moules!  Each chef will mussel their way to the top, preparing unique variations in this madness of mollusks. In the heat of the competition, shells will be torn open and meat will be ripped from its safe haven, separating the champs from the wimps. Attendees can snack on mussels, frites, and waffles—and drink beer from their partner, Stella Artois.
