Sweater weather may be here but it’s made better with Washington’s mild-temp can’t-miss events. We’re keeping up with all that’s going on in the District by starting off the season on the right (and fabulously-heeled) foot with this week’s social schedule. To fill in the rest your fall agenda, make a date with our Bitchtastic brunch guide, and recaps of all things D.C. city culture.

It’s no wonder we’ll be whetting our whistle at Wunder Garten’s Oktoberfest fete. The event will have all of the Bavarian specialties and beer a Bitch requires. Celebrate the week-long event  starting September 28 until October 4. More information is available here. Wunder Garten, 150 M St. N.E., Washington, D.C.

Make the most of your Monday by eradicating your errands thanks to Favor, an Austin-based personal delivery assistant that has just hit the District. Get all of your must-haves stress-free and straight-to-your door by signing up here. Get $10 off your first delivery with the code “DCBITCHES”.

The only-thing that tops an Italian family-style feast is one that’s made with the freshest produce from the farmers’ market. Diners can dive into the farm-to-table fare from Dupont’s FRESHFARM Market this Tuesday. Urbana is bringing our ultimate feast to fruition with their Harvest Dinner benefiting the food education program, Foodprints. Urbana, 2121 P St. N.W., Washington, D.C.

Nothings gets you over the Wednesday hump quite like wine and a women-only night out. Lavagana is the only place your favorite ladies need to look to indulge on Italian eats. Grab a glass of vino, a plate of pasta, and have a bella notte. Lavagna, 539 8th St. S.E., Wahington, D.C.
