We can not believe Labor Day Weekend is fast approaching and sadly, summertime in CHI will be coming to a head. As for this week, it serves as a strong reminder to soak in the remaining festivals, get outside, and to the beach while we still can. So that is exactly what the Bitches have in cued up for our social calendar this week in Chicago.

Monday
The chefs from Ruxbin, Mott Street, and Ada Street are coming together to create an expansive buffet-style dining experience all in the name of charity. The proceeds from the evening will benefit the Young Center. The Young Center’s mission is to support immigrant children in the Chicago community. Hopewell Brewing Company brews will be on tap and cocktails from the Mott St. cocktail menu will be available to purchase at a cash bar. Tuesday
OmG Silent Yoga is getting zen on the rooftop of the Loews Hotel. Elevate yourself physically and spiritually during this one-hour vinyasa flow class. Wednesday
Taste of the Nation is taking over the beautiful space at Revel Fulton Market. The evening will benefit No Kid Hungry, a non-profit committed to ending childhood hunger. Over 30 chefs and mixologists will be in attendance to provide top notch bites and libations for the evening. It’s for the kids, Bitches! Tickets are $100. Thursday
There are not many cities better than Chicago to enjoy jazz music. Since 1979, the Chicago Jazz Festival celebrates the longstanding tradition and influence jazz music has in the city of Chicago. The free event brings jazz musicians and ensembles to Millennium Park for an incredible four days of jazz. The Bitches favorite of the weekend is the Rebirth Jazz Band. Friday
The three-day Great American Lobster Festival is back at Navy Pier for its fourth year. The East Coast lobster dinner is the main event at the festival and when lobster is involved, it is hard to disappoint. Saturday
Head to the beach for a Silent Yoga & Mimosa class to kick off your Labor Day weekend. Afterwards, get a little bubbly with a post-vinyasa Mimosa before heading to brunch with your Bitches. Sunday
The Bitches checked out the newest restaurant to hit North Avenue beach, The Shore Club, and it is incredibly Insta-worthy. With its beach club décor reminiscent of South Beach, it is no wonder they will be serving a killer Sunday brunch. Spend your Labor Day weekend brunching at the beach and you can not go wrong.
