Recap: #TableForDos at Dos Urban Cantina

Bloggers and brunch go together like champagne and orange juice, and luckily we were invited to be part of the brunch and bloggers event at Dos Urban Cantina in Logan Square. I brought my friend Ali along for the ride to enjoy the new brunch dishes with me!


Dos Urban Cantina opened its doors in 2015 and is owned by two husband and wife teams, hence the “dos” in the name. The four of them are a dream team when it comes to the operations of the restaurant, with all of them having been seasoned chefs, bakers, and/or restaurateurs in Chicago for years before venturing into their own business.


Dos Urban Cantina hosted twelve people for brunch, family-style, with plenty of mimosas. The champagne was flowing, and each person was able to customize their own drinks with the mimosa party fixings in the center of the table. No need to choose just orange juice when prickly pear and pineapple are also options!


As we sat and chatted, Chef Brian Enyart presented servings of each brunch dish to us. From chilaquiles to huevos rancheros, Dos Urban has it all! The choriqueso quiche was a surprise and my favorite dish on the menu.


I was impressed with the thought that went into the menu, the execution of every dish, and the open and inviting space that Dos Urban Cantina offers. If you frequent Logan Square, then make sure to try this great, brand new brunch!
