Why not spend this special day in a lovely setting? Take a ride out to the Queens Botanical Garden for Mother’s Day brunch, tickets cost $55 per adult, $25 per child for members and $65 per adult, $30 per child for non-members. Choose between a 10 a.m. seating or a 1 p.m. seating where you’ll enjoy farm-to-table fare with items like hot dishes, muffins, scones, fair trade coffees, and teas. You can also have a photo session with a professional photographer in the Wedding Garden for $20. Once you’re done, walk off your brunch around the beautifully bloomed grounds. Bottomless Brunch Cruise New York by Bateaux
If your mom doesn’t get seasick, take to the water for a Mother’s Day bottomless brunch cruise. The Bateaux cruise departs from Chelsea Piers at 12 p.m. (boards at 11:30 a.m.) and finishs at 2:30 p.m. Unlimited mimosas are available for those 21 years and over. Tickets will cost you $124.90 for a guaranteed window table or $99.90 for a regular table. The cruise provides a three-course meal consisting of items like Caesar salad, salmon, ravioli, chicken, NY cheesecake, and unlimited coffee, tea, soda and mimosas!

CATCH NYC
This trendy Meatpacking District outpost is usually reserve for swanky lunches and be-seen dinners, as well as brunch. This Mother’s Day however, they have a few extra menu items for mom to pick from. Baked ricotta latke cakes, a crab and avocado omelet and a matcha churro waffle (our three favorite things in one). Even more spectacular is that CATCH has a rooftop, affectionately known as CATCH Roof. So you, mom and the family can soak up some extra rays, weather depending, while enjoying these specials or the seafood and Asian fusion fare they’re known so well for.

230 Fifth
With impeccable views of the Empire State Building, 230 Fifth is a great venue for a special occasion. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the team at 230 Fifth will be throwing a Mother’s Day brunch buffet with items like salads, eggs Benedict, omelets, French toast, pasta, sausages, and a dessert bar. To attend it will cost $42 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under.

The View Restaurant & Lounge
New York City’s only revolving restaurant (isn’t that crazy!) are offering a special Mother’s Day buffet with items like Danish pastries, shrimp, cured salmon, Belgian waffles, omelets and griddle cakes. The buffet will set you back $83 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Tavern on the Green
There’s nothing quite as magical as Central Park on a spring day. If you want to treat your Mom then make a booking at Tavern on the Green situated within Central Park. Order items like potato pancakes, smoked salmon, French toast, eggs Benedict Florentine, steak & eggs, and their Tavern Burger. This Upper East Side restaurant helmed by famed restaurateur David Burke is offering a $55 three-course brunch seating on Mother’s Day. With items like crudo, polenta, oysters, steak & eggs Benedict, salmon, lobster scramble, Bundt cake, and sorbet. If your mom is a foodie then this place is a good pick for some fine food offerings. Seatings will be from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Palm Court at The Plaza Hotel
Want to treat your Mom to something special? Take her to a fancy brunch meets afternoon tea experience that will no doubt be unforgettable. On both May 11th and 12th the Palm Court hosts this special Mother’s Day offering. It will set you back $84 per person or $98 with Champagne, but for a special day it is so worth it! Enjoy menu items like lobster roll, scones, country ham sandwiches, mushroom quichettes as well as a fine collection of pastries.

Sarabeth’s is no doubt an iconic New York City institution – it’s even referenced in ’00s hit show Gossip Girl. Make a reservation for your mom here if you want to treat her to a quaint meal with items like granola, buttermilk or lemon ricotta pancakes, omelets, French toast, salads, eggs Benedict and soup. The crew at Kyma are making raising a glass to Mom even easier with a complimentary glass of prosecco.
