A bite of something savory and a nibble of something sweet?  It’s a family affair at Mott St. with their family style Mother’s Day brunch. The menu includes a pork jowl skillet, baked coconut French toast, steamed dumplings, and tomato fried rice. For the jazz loving mother head to The Promontory for brunch. In addition to their normal menu, they will be adding a blue crab soufflé and basque cake with Jamaican rum custard and raspberry compote. Stay a little later and catch their  3 p.m. show featuring  Tecora Rogers performing Mom’s Favorite Jazz Standards.
