There is nothing like a little romance to cure your case of the Mondays and we think an al fresco evening at Iron Gate is the perfect pick. The mid-city Mediterranean-inspired restaurant is going Greek with the flavors of Sardinia in a four-course menu paired with local wines. Celebrate Summer’s harvest at Central’s tomato tasting menu. The 5-course menu is featuring our favorite “fregetable” in dishes such as yellow tomato gazpacho, tomato tartare and scallop carpaccio, and lemon cheesecake with a tomato-strawberry sorbet. The tasting menu is available for $65 with an optional $25 wine pairing until August 1st for dinner only. Reservations can be made here. Have a dance party before you even start your day at Daybreaker, a DJ-led yoga and dance event happening at 6 A.M. or 7 A.M. at Union Market. The suds will rotate daily and seasonal slices will feature heirloom tomatoes, zucchini, and buffalo mozzarella.
