Brace yourself. Millions of people are about to descend on the city for the inauguration this weekend. But that also means there’s a ton of fun stuff to do. Here’s your agenda for Obamarama Week!

Start the week with a relaxing happy hour at Ulah Bistro on U Street. From 4 to 7 p.m. the cozy restaurant and bar offers half price on food and $4 beer and wine. Plus, get half off a bottle of wine with dinner. 1214 U Street N.W.

For dinner Tuesday, try out the newly opened Ambar. From the people behind Masa 14 and El Centro, the Capitol Hill spot will serve up Balkan Cuisine. We can’t wait to try it. 523 8th Street S.E.

The Corcoran Gallery of Art lets you mix culture and cocktails on Wednesday nights. Dubbed “Corcoran Uncorked,” the event series includes receptions for new exhibitions, docent-led highlight tours, and drinks from the city’s top mixologists and wine directors in Todd Gray’s Muse restaurant. 5-7 p.m. Corcoran Gallery of Art, 500 17th Street NW. $15 for non-members and free for member/students.

Thursday we’ll be celebrating SoHo and the restaurant’s one-year anniversary! Head there for dinner on Tuesday or Wednesday nights and get 50% off bottles of wine. On Thursday, SoHo is offering an extended happy hour from 5 to 8 p.m. for A2S supporters. It will include half-priced bottles of wine, $2 Bud Lights, $4 glasses of Cava, $4 select drafts, $10 buckets of Coronitas and $5 food specials. 10% of the proceeds will be donated to A2S.

In town but need a day trip? If you haven’t yet made the trip to Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens to see the incredible works of Isabelle de Borchgrave, your time is steadily running out. The stunning exhibition, entitled Prêt-à-Papier, consists of an array of dresses inspired by styles from the 17th through the 20th century, each painstakingly crafted from paper—that’s right, paper—by the Belgian artist. The incredible works are on display until Sunday, January 20. 4155 Linnean Avenue N.W.

The opening of Americana x Trains exhibit (Friday, Jan. 18; 8PM-1AM; Free) a slate of original railroad and civically-inspired artwork created by some of the country’s leading contemporary and graffiti artists, including Tim Conlon “CON,” Bryan Conner “REI 21,” Brandon Hill, Kelly Towles, AnieKan Udofia, Billy Colbert, Gregg Deal, Dafna Steinberg, Paul Mericle and Juan Pineda. Head to Mari Vanna, a three-story Russian-themed restaurant that opens this week at 1141 Connecticut Avenue NW in Dupont Circle. Need to spruce up for the inauguration balls? Our newest partner, Nival Salon & Spa in Chevy Chase, is offering an introductory price of $100 to Bitches Who Brunch readers for their first service at the salon. This price means you get $20 off regular massages and facials, and $50 off haircuts with master stylists like Neven.

Two big inauguration parties to hit up Sunday night, including the Delaware State Society bash (with Mr. Biden himself) and the first-ever Washingtonian Inauguration Party.

Beginning at 7 p.m. at the Fairmont Hotel, there will be nonstop food and drinks, dinner and dancing, and musical performances at the Delaware State Society Ball. There will be a tasting room, a game room, improv theater, a souvenir photo booth, a roaming photographer, and a silent auction benefiting several charities. This won’t be a stand around or stand in line type of gala, and everyone will have an opportunity to eat, drink and be merry. $410.

The Washingtonian’s Starry Night Inaugural Ball will be held at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. Join hundreds of District VIPs to celebrate the 57th Inauguration with a catered dinner, open bar, live music, and plenty of dancing under the stunning displays of historic aircraft. As much a chance to mix and mingle with politicos and community members as they are a celebration of the stately procession of the political process, attending an Inaugural ball is a uniquely Washington experience not to be missed.
