This week is all about restoration for me. After a long Indian summer weekend in Nantucket to celebrate my best friend’s upcoming nuptials, it’s safe to say I need a week of very mellow activities. My hand shakes are making it close to impossible to write this post and Kathy and Hoda’s wine on the Today show this morning is making me feel nauseous. That being said, my picks for this week below!

Doesn’t Monday meditation sound nice? How about on a boat, hosted by lululemon with Sweetgreen snacks and a healing sound bath? RSVP here. 6:30 p.m. -9:30 p.m., The Hornblower at Pier 40 353 West St

Today is National Ice Cream Cone Day! Sadly, it’s also the last day of summer. Cool off one more time with Neuhaus’s brand new ice cream station at Madison Avenue flagship. More info here. 500 Madison Avenue

Or, if you’re not taking a detox like me, enjoy over 400 globally pulled whiskies, bourbons and scotches—including Welsh, Canadian and Japanese varieties—at this 18th annual brown-spirits blowout.
