What a weekend. Between the Halloween festivities, a lot of indulgent carbs, and running the NYC marathon, I think my month may have peaked on the first day of November. Here’s our picks to get you through the (very sore) week ahead.

The Bronx is full of culinary diversity ready for you to enjoy at the price-slashed, borough-specific restaurant week. Snack your way through Latin cuisines ranging from Mexican at Xochimilco Family Restaurant to Dominican at Mamajuana Cafe, or tap into the borough’s rich Italian history at red-sauce standbys like Enzo’s of Morris Park and Tosca Café. Find out more here.

Tuesday

Broadway-Bites

Fall is a wonderful time to grab a quick bite outdoors. Enjoy seasonal treats at Broadway Bites in Greeley Square Park. With offerings like gumbo and tacos it’s the perfect spot to meet your friends and grab a wide range of delicious food! Wednesday

Two our favorite things: art and cheese! Before the grand re-opening of the French Cheese Board in January you should definitely go see the closing exhibit, featuring one of the founding members of the Eat Art Movement, Dorothée Selz and her vibrant edible creations. Click here for more info. 26 West 39th Street

Thursday

For four days, both well-established and promising up-and-coming producers will be at some of Brooklyn’s hottest venues, including Output, Verboten and Music Hall of Williamsburg. This year the annual fest is bringing some really great artists to the Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival. Tickets and info are available here.

Friday
