Find Brunch Right Now

This Week in NYC: November 17-23

I don’t know about you all, but I’m eagerly anticipating my week of Friendsgivings to prep for the main event next week. I’ve got pumpkin (not lattes) on my mind as we head into a pre-holiday week of either a tailspin to prepare for jetsetting or some lax days for those of us who are already in vacation mode. If it’s the latter, check out our social calendar to fill up your extra hours!

Start your week with some culture at The Guggenheim’s series “Works & Process”, featuring Juilliard Dance students performances and a discussion behind the creative process of the choreography. $35 dollars here, 1071 5th Ave, 7:30 PM

Sample spirits which highlight local distillers, millers and farmers who work with regional grains at the Third Annual Spirits of New York event. General admission tickets can be purchased here for $40. The Shanty, 79 Richardson St, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

I recently attended the opening of Mile High Run Club, a brand new treadmill class gym in Noho. Offering a 60 minute “distance” class or a 45 minute “dash” class, both with varying intensity based on your level of fitness, this is a great alternative to bracing the freezing cold for a jog.
