We’ve got this, New York. Five short days stand between us and the long weekend, which is also our unofficial kickoff to summer. In between now and then, we’ve got a social calendar to keep your last few days of spring interesting.

Monday

Join some of NYC’s most famous female chefs, including April Bloomfield and Lidia Bastianich, for an evening of fine food and film, brought to you by independent production company Aliana Productions. Fill up on delicious dishes from The Spotted Pig, Breslin, Loi Estiatorio, Billy’s Cupcakes, and more while getting a sneak peek of the unreleased trailer for “A Fine Line.” Tonight’s event will also feature an open bar, a Greek wine tasting, a Q&A with participating chefs and the filmmakers, and live jazz music. Tuesday

Scott Schumann and Amy Arbus are two of the best-known street photographers working today. Join the seasoned photographers at Strand for a conversation about life on the streets of NYC and the world. Start your Memorial Day weekend celebrations early this year at the 10th annual Brooklyn Uncorked. Friday
