Yesterday, I woke up to a very early alarm to join the 20,000+ runners who traveled to New York City to compete in the NYC Half Marathon. I’ve committed the past two months to hours of training, emptied my paychecks for orthotics and gear, and suffered through injuries to run the 13.1 mile loop from Central Park to Financial District..and it was totally worth it! That being said, this week’s guide is focused on recovery, rejuvenation, and (of course) food!
