Welcome to another incredible week of unofficial summer, Bitches! Although even the word rosé may make you cringe right now, it’s official day of celebration is coming to us this week. We can’t wait to enjoy some true outdoor activities like movies at Parklife and workout classes in Meatpacking with you. This evening marks the kickoff of Movie Monday at Parklife in Brooklyn. Every Monday evening, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy an outdoor movie at sunset (weather permitting, of course). Last week, we had a blast at Meatpacking District’s Sweat Sessions with The Class by Taryn Toomey. This evening the free al fresco fitness series is hosting Bari Studio, Box + Flow, and Exhale’s Barre + Yoga at 6, 7, and 8 p.m. respectively. Last year we reviewed non-profit brunch, Emma’s Torch. Tonight, Bon Appétit and TASTE are inviting guests to a party and live podcast taping benefitting the same organization. You’ll get to enjoy dishes from Shuka, MeMe’s, Bessou, and Dinamo while listening to live interviews with Angie Mar (chef-owner of The Beatrice Inn), Alison Roman (author of Dining In), and Julia Moskin (2017 Pulitzer Prize winner, The New York Times). Celebrate Thirsty Thursday at The Roof at Viceroy. We recently headed up to tourist clad 57th Street for a cocktail overlooking Central Park. It’s officially Shakespeare in the Park season. Although the craze officially kicked off last weekend, Upper West Side staple The Milling Room is celebrating all month long with an exclusive post-Shakespeare happy hour and specialty Desdemona Cocktail if you show your ticket. 446 Columbus Avenue

It’s National Rosé Day, Bitches! If your working on that summer body and skipping the drink your weight in rosé contest your girl gang is bound to have, head on over to POPSUGAR Play/Ground, a weekend long interactive summer festival. The festival will feature an incredible talent line up including, Mindy Kaling, Tiffany Haddish, Yara Shahidi, Huda Kattan, Charlotte Tilbury, and Arianna Huffington. You’ll also get to sit in on conversations like Redefining the Pursuit of Happiness with Kate Hudson and enjoy fitness classes from Instagrammer Kayla Itsines. If rosé IS more of your thing…head on over to Chelsea to celebrate the second annual Vinho Verde Wine Festival! Attendees will have a chance to taste and enjoy wine from over 30 top, specially curated wineries in the Vinho Verde region as well as food bites from some of NYC’s hottest restaurants. The day-long event, broken down into three sessions, will also include sommeliers hosting informative sessions about Vinho Verde, custom Vinho Verde Cocktail Bars, live entertainment, and a photo booth to capture memories with your entire squad. Craving some down home Southern cooking? Head on over to Maysville in Flatiron for brunch. We recently visited the refined bourbon bar and had a taste of their monkey bread, biscuits and gravy, and country ham Benedict. It’s guaranteed to have you planning your next weekend getaway down South.
