Start your week out on a healthy, positive note with a hardcore sweat session at Drill Fitness. I recently tried a Drill FIT class, which featured high intensity, bootcamp-style exercises to an upbeat soundtrack in a trendy TriBeCa locale. Participants wear heart rate monitors to track their progress and inspire friendly competition within the class. A full review is coming soon! 136 Church St, New York, NY

Tuesday

Have a good laugh at “Conifers, Spruces, and Pines,” a Christmas show at acclaimed comedy theater UCB East. The show is part of Comedy Central’s corporate retreat program and only costs $5. More information here. 153 E. 3rd St, New York, NY

Wednesday

With the impending holiday party circuit, we could all use a little help with primping and pampering. Join Target’s beauty expert Sonia Kashuk for an evening of beauty tutorials, cocktails, and samples at STORY, a unique retail experience that has the point of view of a magazine, changes like a gallery, and sells like a store. The free event is from 6-8 p.m; RSVP here144 10th Ave, New York, NY
