Thursday

Join Republic Restoratives for an evening that will include a summer-inspired five-course tasting menu prepared by Chef Matt. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with one of David Strauss’s delicious cocktails featuring Republic Restoratives spirits and seasonal ingredients. Friday

After a 12-week closure for roof repairs, 1789 Restaurant reopens this week with a new menu. The menu, designed by Executive Chef Samuel Kim, allows the guest to create their own tasting menu of either four, five, or six courses. Priced at $85, $97 and $109 respectively, the menu is available seven nights a week. Think beef tartare, carbonara, artic char, and rib-eye. 1226 36th St. N.W., Washington, D.C.
