Summer is in full swing and that means our social calendar is filling up with fabulous warm-weather events. When we’re off the clock, you’ll find us bouncing around taking advantage of all the happenings this city has going on. This week is no exception. With all the enticing on-the-town options, you’ll have no excuse for a night in.

A far cry from the Jersey Shore’s Snookie and the Situation, Graffiato is serving up the best of what the beachfront summertime destination has to offer this week. The Italian favorite from Mike Isabella will be dishing out shore-inspired classics like disco fries, scallops casino, and shaved ice. Grab a summertime cocktail or a test tube shooter and imagine yourself unwinding by the sea. No reservations required, but check out the menu here. Graffiato is located at 707 6th Street N.W., Washington, D.C. (202) 289-3600.

Take a culinary tour in our own fair city with Dine-N-Dash, hosted by superstar chef Jose Andres. Penn Quarter restaurants including Zaytinya, Jaleo, Oyamel, The Partisan, and Del Campo will be featuring fabulous fare and cocktails, all on behalf of World Central Kitchen. Keep the night going with Chef Jose and other revelers at the exclusive after-party held at Carnegie Library with desserts, drinks, and live music. Tickets to the event, starting at 6 p.m., are $129 and available here. Read our interview with the host-with-the most himself here.

Calling all Washingtonian men! Stock up on supplies to groom your beard while drinking beers at Beards And Brews, being held at the hip W Hotel tonight. The event not only features products from our favorite manly brand stubble & ‘stache, but also supports our nations’ veterans. 15 percent of all purchases from the brand will go to Folds of Honor, which supports those who gave the ultimate sacrifice to this country. RSVP to the event, which is being held from 6:30 to 9:30 P.M. by heading to and grab some of their products at the Bitches Who Brunch shop. The W Hotel is located at 515 15th Street N.W., Washington, D.C. (202) 661-2400.

Thursdays are basically Friday, so happy hour is a must. Why not grab yourself a drink and take yourself outdoors at The Pig’s new outdoor patio. Grabbing some pork, pinot gris, or pinot noir is just the thing to ring in the coming weekend. Check out the menu here and pork out with your fork out. Happy hour at The Pig happens from 4 to 7 P.M. Monday through Thursday at 1320 14th Street N.W., Washington, D.C. (202) 290-2821.

Bitches love to shop until they drop. Our closets are getting an upgrade thanks to the Gilt sample sale happening at Union Market. Check out all your designer dreams for less.Tickets are available for $20 here and the event is all going down this Friday and Saturday at Dock 5 at Union Market located at 1309 5th Street, N.E., Washington, D.C.

Bendy Bitches are made for the yoga brunch hosted by The Ritz-Carlton. We tried it last year and loved it. After, go for a healthy treat from the nearby JRINK Juicery, located in Metro Center. Follow-up your downward dog with a delicious and re-energizing drink to re-charge that bod. Namaste, Bitches. The Ritz-Carlton is located at 3100 South Street, N.W. and then head to JRINK at 1323 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, D.C.

As always, Sundays are made for brunch. We’ve recently tried our hand in the kitchen at a chai-spiced waffle recipe and then headed out the next day for a taste of Russia at Mari Vanna.
