For the month of January, Cork and Fork will present three wine classes on California, Tuscany, and Champagne during which they celebrate these popular wine producing regions with a tasting and class on eight wines in the mid-tier price point of $30-$70. The class series will introduce you to a selection of higher priced wines that represent the perfect integration of aroma, palate, and overall profile, demonstrating the depth and immense complexity the wines offer. Friday

The District’s favorite underground grilled cheese sensation is back with a fresh menu for winter. Enjoy five sandwiches and two specialty cocktails–and salad so that you don’t feel quite so guilty about all that cheese and butter. The Bluejacket Friday Night Tasting Tour is a special brewery tour that is offered weekly. Upon arrival, guests will be treated to one of a signature drafts, followed by a full tour of the brewery and operations with three tastings throughout the tour. At the conclusion, guests will head to the Bottle Shop & Tasting Room to enjoy a flight of three additional tastings each expertly paired with snacks. Tickets are $35. Saturday
