Monday

West Loop, one of Chicago’s fastest growing neighborhoods, is a foodie’s paradise! During a three hour guided walking tour, you will experience some of West Loop’s best food, and learn about its rich history and architecture. Your culinary adventure will include six food and three beverage tastings at three restaurants (enough for lunch), and a guided tour of one of the best restaurant neighborhoods in America. Tickets are $69, for more information, click here.

Its National Yoga Month! Be mindful this Monday by joining us at Exhale yoga in the Gold Coast from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. for a Flow Yoga class, with drinks to follow at Drumbar in the Rafaello Hotel Rooftop. On Sept. 19 and Sept. 26, Exhale Gold Coast and Exhale Evanston will each host its own complimentary yoga class in honor of the mindful month. The events are open to the public and will feature light bites, drinks and some awesome activities post-sweat. For more information, click here.

Tuesday

Enjoy cocktails on the patio for one of the last few dog days of summer! The weather this week is supposed to be amazing, and we are taking full advantage of it by enjoying mid-week cocktails (okay, early-week cocktails) on a patio. On our radar? Eight Bar, the new first floor restaurant a part of Maple and Ash in the gold coast. We went their for its new brunch and are excited to go back and try some of the awesome cocktails.
