This Sunday’s kickball game with Chicago Sport and Social Brunch n’ Kickball league was a true nail biter that ultimately did not go in our favor. However, the sun was out and all the Chicago Bitches were together to kick balls and then brunch at Old Town Social after! This weekend could not have been more fun with Cinco de Mayo and the Kentucky Derby but we’re looking forward to what Chicago is bringing us this week. Hint: more tacos.

Monday
Didn’t eat enough Mexican food this weekend? Well, you are in luck, as Fat Baby Tacos opens to the public today! Fresh ingredients drive the modern Latin menu curated by Executive Chef Alex Placencia. Tacos always need a citrusy beverage to round out the meal and the made in-house, vida paloma, sounds like it will do the trick! The River North restaurant opens at 11 a.m, for more information, click here. Fat Baby Tacos, 109 W Hubbard St., Chicago, IL.

Tuesday
The Broadway musical, RENT, returns to Chicago tonight for this week only to celebrate the productions 20 year anniversary. There are “five hundred twenty-five thousand, six hundred minutes” in a year and experiencing RENT at the impeccably ornate Oriental Theatre will ensure those precious moments of 2017 do not get wasted. For tickets and more information, click here. The Oriental Theatre, 24 W. Randolph St., Chicago, IL.

Wednesday
The Globe Pub is hosting WTTW for a trivia night revolving around the beloved public television channel. The proceeds from the evening will directly benefit the programming on WTTW. The Check, Please! and Downton Abbey trivia will be a breeze, however, it may be smart to brush up on fun facts about other WTTW shows. Tickets are $5 in advance or $10 at the door. For tickets and more information, click here. The Globe Pub, 1934 W. Irving Park Rd., Chicago, IL.

Thursday
Time Out Chicago is hosting its first Taco Tasting at Joe’s on Weed St. Indulge in trying tacos from 8 different taco spots from around the city. The only difficult part of the evening will be deciding which taco is the favorite. Two beers from Sketchbook Brewing are included with the tasting. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased here. Joe’s on Weed St., 940 W. Weed St., Chicago, IL.

Friday
“Who run the world? Girls!” Yes, Beyoncé. The Bitches wholeheartedly agree. Beauty Bar Chicago is kicking off the weekend of celebrating the strong women in your life with an all female artist dance party! The GRRRL Power Dance Party will feature music and music videos from all your favorite female artists spanning all music genres! Naturally, as this is Beauty Bar, $15 manicure & martini specials are being offered. For more information, click here. Beauty Bar Chicago, 1444 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL.

Saturday
The Park at Wrigley is the newest addition to Wrigleyville and it promises to be a winning gathering place for the neighborhood.
