As the August weather is heating up, so are the incredible events. This week is full of delicious food, relaxing activities and some of the best festivals of the summer. Relax this Tuesday with Lighten Up Yoga. This is a donation based class held outside that will make you feel on top of the world. With all the clutter in the city and craziness of the summer, take some time and center yourself with this class. Feeling like making your Wednesday night more cultured? Come see the film, Kidon, at Chicago Cultural Center during the Center’s 2016 international; screening program. After, grab dinner near the center from Remington’s and enjoy some of the best food in Chicago. Friday

Le Diner En Blanc is back! Did you score your tickets? Although sold out, the event organizers are still giving away tickets on facebook. We will be there in all white ready to eat and dance the night away! At the last minute, the secret location is revealed to thousands of friends who have all been patiently waiting to learn where “Dîner en Blanc” will take place. Thousands of people, dressed all in white, and conducting themselves with the greatest decorum, elegance, and etiquette, all meet for a mass “chic picnic” in a public space. If a fancy, all-white dinner isn’t your thing, then take a trip through time with Retro on Roscoe Festival. Music enthusiast unite with this music festival full of throw backs and live music. With three stages spread out over six-blocks in Roscoe Village you can jam to the oldies but goodies while enjoying great food and drinks. Are you part of the Pokemon Go craze? If so join the Pokemon Go Pub Crawl in Chicago. Tickets start at $20 and the festivities begin at 2PM at Flat Iron.
