Taste signature dishes by each chef present from restaurants in Chicago such as Spiaggia, The Publican, and Blackbird. Since its inaugural year, Lemon: Chicago has raised over $720,000 to fight childhood cancer. The Pastoral Picnic in White was inspired by the Parisian tradition starting in 1988 to gather with friends at the Bois de Boulogne for a dinner party. Friends dressed in white in order for everyone to find one another in the dark.
