We’re sending the season out in style, so that means your warm weather agenda has no need to wind  down. While we may not be opting to bum it at the beach, we’re checking out all the happenings in our hometown. Greet the season’s end with these Bitch-approved D.C. events.

First up, Olivia Macaron got some new summer flavors: key lime, PB&J, and—wait for it—s’mores. Head to the Georgetown spot if you need a pick me up.



Monday just got a major makeover thanks to Mimosa Mondays at the Bitches’ favorite around-the-block joint, Commissary. Start your week off with a bottomless bang and a champagne campaign for $15 from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. Commissary is located at 1443 P Street N.W., Washington, D.C.

If you’re looking to take in a flick, Screen on the Green is Monday, followed by Georgetown Sunset Cinema on Tuesday. Pick your ideal night for a picnic and a movie—Monday on the Mall is the movie Desk Set, while on Tuesday the Georgetown Waterfront you can watch The Exorcist. 


Grab a seat at Central’s Restaurant of Washington Metropolitan Association Citi Open event. Phillips after 5 is heading out on a Summer Road Trip. hitting the road this week. The event will talk travel and feature tastes from Red Hook Lobster Pound, Carolina Q BBQ, CapMac, and brews from Right Proper Brewing Company. Soak in D.C.’s BYT’s Emerging Artists Super Summer Sampler happening this Saturday.  Those in the know can head to the Howard Theater for the hit event. It’s all going down at 620 T St. N.W., Washington D.C. and tickets are available here.


On Sundays, a Bitch only needs to worry where to #brunch. We recently took on tacos at El Rey and went Turkish at Ankara.
