The romper, a very tricky subject. Initially, I was a non-believer. (Rompers take all the fun out of outfit creation, I mused. It must be so hard to find one that fits, I wondered. You’ll look like a slutty tween, I gasped.)
However, my sentiments have since changed and my heart has warmed to the romper. Frankly, at this point, I have no choice, because they are everywhere.
They make life easier when you set out to romp around the city all day. All you need is a romper, some cute gladiator sandals, sunglasses, and your purse. Out the door in five minutes? Heck yes.
First things first, a romper is not something one orders in the mail. They need to be tried on. This is a shirt and pants combo—so bust, waist, crotch, leg, hip and all other odd female body measurements must be taken into consideration. (My primary fear is avoiding EBS (elongated butt syndrome)). As mentioned above, it is a tricky thing to fit. However, the loose silky ones seem to make this a bit easier.
