We love a good trip to the suburbs, especially if it involves True Food Kitchen in Mosaic. Since we usually try to fit in a workout, shopping, and brunch all in one-trip, you can find us sporting our most stylish athleisure, while sipping on a smoothie or noshing on a gluten-free dish at TFK. Which is perfect because the large, eco-chic space and laid back vibe, lends well to our yoga pants and back packs.

With the imminent arrival of spring, you can find us donning layers these days. We’d pair a fun graphic tee or tank, with eye catching yoga pants, and a chic, asymmetrical jacket to brunch.

To keep on trend with neutral and blush tones, we’d rock these slip-on vans, which are casual and comfy. We also like to keep track of our steps, without adding a bulky element to our arm candy, which is why we’re loving our JawBone Up3, a fitness tracker that could pass for a bracelet.

Is it just me or do umbrellas disappear as randomly as hair ties? This spring, since I’m going to start walking to work, I’m planning on investing in a cute and functional umbrella, like this Hunter one.

Next time you head to Mosaic, squeeze in a workout and run some errands, or at least look like you did, before posting up for a guilt-free meal at True Food Kitchen.
