The highly anticipated countdown to Lollapalooza has arrived, and the Bitches are here to tell you where to fuel for four days worth of live music, dancing, and sunshine! Afterall, brunch is the meal you can not miss before a music festival (or any other weekend for that matter).
Nearly 40 thousand people will flock to Grant Park to watch over 170 bands perform August 3rd through August 6th. Headliners include, Lorde, Porter Robinson, Blink 182, The Killers, The XX, Chance the Rapper, Mac Demarco, Arcade Fire, Spoon, The Shins, and more. Some lesser known artists to place on your radar are Gramatik, Paper Diamond, Hippo Campus, alt-J, Noname, and Kaleo.
Benchmark is hosting a Palooza Pregame! The “Journey to Lollaland” starts on the rooftop of Joy District the Sunday before Lollapalooza even begins! A selection of Cutwater cocktails will be available for $10 while you chat with other festival-goers about your favorite artists and personal festival schedules for each day. The vibrant and colorful interior of Broken English Taco Pub will ease you into seeing bright and eccentric outfits throughout the weekend at Lollapalooza. Fest-goers can cool off at Castaways on North Avenue beach during Lollapalooza weekend with a refreshing “Frozen Lolla Lemonade” featuring Absolut Lime Vodka and lemonade for $9 each.
