To join us in the toast to five years, chefs and mixologists are putting special “Bitch” cocktails on their brunch menus all this month! Over the next two weeks, we’ll give you the recipes behind the Bitch Birthday cocktails and profile the men and women behind them.

We stepped into Chapter One and were immediately charmed by the upscale pub decor — full of light, books crowding the shelves, and plush booths. Plenty of brunch goers were happily imbibing in rounds of bottomless mimosas, but we were drawn to the complex cocktail menu featuring unique housemade infusions and beer cocktails.
We chatted with GM Katie O’Donnell who helps lead the impressive cocktail program and devised the “Being In Total Control of Herself!” cocktail for our big birthday with a special message: “You’ve certainly earned your five-year stripes, keep on Bitching that brunch.”
